I ordered 4 onesies for my kids for Christmas. I had to do a size exchange, which is made easy by a clear process on the website. The items were accidentally processed as a return instead of an exchange, which was complicated by the fact that my purchase included a buy 3; get one free. I sent an email to explain the error. I received a prompt reply the same day with clear instructions for resolution. The new items arrived quickly with a free hat included in lieu of the error. Excellent customer service. Great product. What a great gift idea! My hubby loves it! Only thing I would suggest changing is the fabric. It has a lot of static, especially for us Northern folk. Maybe a terry cloth instead? :-)

I ordered mine last week and got it in 3 days. Quality is much better than I expected. Super warm. Only issue is that they do fit a little bigger than the sizing chart so if in between 2 sizes go with the smaller. GO SENS!
