Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of https://www.hockeysockey.com and any order you place with Hockey Sockey. By shopping with us, you agree to them.
Using this site.
By accessing or buying from https://www.hockeysockey.com, you confirm you’re at least the age of majority in your province or country, and you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Products & pricing.
- We try to show products, colours, and details as accurately as possible, but screens vary and we can’t guarantee exact representation.
- Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change at any time before you order. Promo codes such as CANADA26 are subject to their own terms and can be withdrawn at any time.
- We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Orders & payment.
When you place an order you’re making an offer to buy. We accept it when we charge your payment method and confirm the order. If we can’t fulfil an order — for example an item is out of stock or there was a pricing error — we’ll let you know and refund any charge. Shipping, returns, and refunds are covered in our Shipping and Returns policies, which form part of these terms.
Trademarks & licensing.
Hockey Sockey products are officially licensed NHL® fan wear. All NHL and NHL team marks are the property of the National Hockey League and its teams and are used under licence. Our own brand name, logo, photography, and site content belong to Hockey Sockey and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Liability & governing law.
The site and products are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hockey Sockey is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products; nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here is the one in effect. Questions? Email headcoach@hockeysockey.com.
