Our policy.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, for garments in their original packaging with all tags attached. Products that do not have the original packaging or show signs of wear will not be refunded, and will be returned to sender at the customer’s expense. All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
No returns or exchanges on items purchased on clearance.

- Complete it and include it in the package with your return.
- Ship it to the address at the bottom of the form with a tracked service.
- Once we receive your return, we process your refund.

Shipping from the US?
Email headcoach@hockeysockey.com before you send anything. We’ll reply with the US return address and how to ship it. Please use USPS: UPS and FedEx add large cross-border duty fees.

How long will my refund take?
You should expect your refund within 3 weeks of sending back your item, and often sooner. That covers transit time, the 3 to 5 business days it takes us to process your return once it arrives, and the time your bank takes to process the refund.
