We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, for garments in their original packaging with all tags attached. Products that do not have the original packaging or show signs of wear will not be refunded, and will be returned to sender at the customer’s expense. All return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of sending back your item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

• Email headcoach@hockeysockey.com with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange.
• We’ll reply with return instructions and the address. Please wait for those before shipping anything back.
• Pack it up safely and send it our way with a tracked service.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue a full refund to your original payment method. It can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
• Want a different size or team instead? Tell us in your email and we’ll set up an exchange rather than a refund.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If something shows up damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, that one’s on us — email headcoach@hockeysockey.com with a photo within 30 days and we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund, return shipping covered.
