Where we ship.

We ship from our studio in London, Ontario to Canada · USA · Australia · NZ · Europe. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, email us at headcoach@hockeysockey.com and we’ll see what we can do.

Rates & free shipping.

• Free ground shipping on every order over $80.
• Under $80? Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on your address and the speed you choose — no surprise markup.
• Expedited options are offered at checkout where the carrier supports them.

Processing & transit.

• Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days.
• Transit time depends on your destination and the option chosen at checkout. Canada and the continental US are typically the quickest; overseas takes longer.
• During drops and the holiday rush, processing can run a day or two longer — we always note it at checkout if so.

Tracking your puck.

As soon as your order ships, we email a tracking link. If it’s been more than a few business days and you haven’t seen one, check your spam folder, then get in touch and we’ll chase it down.

Duties & customs.

For orders shipping outside Canada, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are set by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility. They’re not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs on delivery.
