Size exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Pay the $19.99 exchange fee, print the form, and send the original back; your new size ships when it arrives.

Pay the exchange fee.
$19.99 covers our cost to ship your new size out to you. Check out as normal — the exchange form comes with your order confirmation.
Step 2
Get the exchange form.
As soon as the fee is paid, your order confirmation email has the size exchange form. Print it, fill it in and pack it with the original onesie.

The policy.
Hockey Sockey accepts size exchanges placed within 30 days of the original garment purchase date. Your purchase date is on your original emailed invoice.
No returns or exchanges on items purchased on clearance.

How it works.
- Pay the $19.99 exchange fee above. It pays for shipping your new onesie out to you.
- Your order confirmation email has the size exchange form. Print it and fill it in.
- Pack it with the original onesie, in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship it to the address on the form, and mark the package as a return or a gift on the shipping label.
- Once we receive it, we send out your new size.

Condition.
Any products that do not have original packaging or show signs of wear will not be exchanged and will be returned to the customer at their own expense. The customer is also responsible for shipping the original onesie back to us.

Shipping from the US?
Email headcoach@hockeysockey.com before you send anything. We’ll reply with the US return address and how to ship it. Please use USPS: UPS and FedEx add large cross-border duty fees.
