Shipping policy
Every Hockey Sockey order ships from our studio in London, Ontario, Canada.
Where we ship
Canada, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland and much of Europe (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland). If your country isn't offered at checkout, email us at headcoach@hockeysockey.com and we'll see what we can do.
Rates
- Canada and the United States: free ground shipping on orders over $80. Faster options, and rates for smaller orders, are calculated at checkout from your address.
- International: a flat $60.99 CAD per order (shown in your currency at checkout) by Canada Post Small Packet International Air. Allow up to 14 days for delivery; this service has no tracking.
Most of our shipping options can't deliver to P.O. Boxes. Checkout tells you which ones can.
Processing and delivery
- Orders are picked and packed within 1 to 2 business days.
- Delivery time depends on your destination and the option you choose at checkout. Canada and the continental US are usually quickest.
- During new drops and the holiday rush, processing can take a day or two longer.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships we email you a confirmation, with a tracking link for every service that offers tracking (Canada Post Small Packet International Air does not). If you haven't heard from us within a few business days, check your spam folder, then get in touch.
Duties and customs
For orders shipping outside Canada, any import duties, taxes or customs fees are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. They aren't included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs on delivery.
