Refund policy
Not the right fit? We accept returns of new, unworn items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn and unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Items that arrive without their original packaging or show signs of wear won't be refunded and will be sent back to you at your expense.
- Gift cards are not returnable.
How to start a return
Email headcoach@hockeysockey.com with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please wait for those before shipping anything back, and send your return with a tracked service. Items sent back without first contacting us can't be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email headcoach@hockeysockey.com with a photo within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, with return shipping covered.
Exchanges
Want a different size or team? Tell us in your email and we'll set up an exchange instead of a refund. Size exchanges can also be started with our Size Exchange Form.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 3 to 5 business days after it arrives), we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Allow up to 3 weeks from when you send your item, including transit and your bank's processing time.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them.
