I ordered 4 onesies for my kids for Christmas. I had to do a size exchange, which is made easy by a clear process on the website. The items were accidentally processed as a return instead of an exchange, which was complicated by the fact that my purchase included a buy 3; get one free. I sent an email to explain the error. I received a prompt reply the same day with clear instructions for resolution. The new items arrived quickly with a free hat included in lieu of the error. Excellent customer service. Great product.
