Wish I could give more stars to this rating for the customer service I received!! I placed an order for a Christmas gift. When I didn't receive it on the promised delivery date, I assumed it was due to Canada post being backed up wth extra Christmas deliveries. When it was 10 days past the promised delivery date & 4 days before Christmas, I contacted Hockey sockey directly & they sent out another item to ensure my son got his Christmas gift in time!!

I love the onsie I bought but I was disappointed in was fleece. I was hoping for jersey material as that's what it looked like in the pictures. Quality is EXCELLENT and I have zero complaints on the entire process...I just don't think fleece is something men will like. Not the one I bought it for anyway. Might want to make this material more clear. Thanks

Long Wait and Miscommunication
The product itself is awesome, exactly what I expected. The problem was the shipping process and a series of miscommunication. It was to my understanding I would have received the item Oct. 31st, but that is when it was shipped. After shipping I received an email that stated the product should be at my house, but it took around a week after that to finally arrive. The website was also down for a few days so I could not track my shipping and to see the webpage, that you just sent $140 to, completely gone is pretty scary. A warning about the website being down would have been nice for the customers. All my emails were addressed pretty quickly though, so that was nice.
